  • Why Use An Office Broker?

    A broker will look to find you the right office space and negotiate the right lease for your current and future needs and will handle negotiations with the landlord so you don’t have to. At the very least, a good broker can help save you time, make your life easier and ensure you avoid basic mistakes which could prove costly for your business.

  • What Is Dual Representation? 

    Dual representation is where a single agent represents both landlord and tenant. You will most likely find yourself in this situation if you approach and make an offer directly to the agent marketing the space on behalf of the landlord. If you are negotiating a lease, use a tenant rep broker as they represent your interests alone (as your fiduciary) and not the landlord’s interests.

  • Can You Help With Our Lease Renewal?
